Buxton is an adorable pocket-sized terrier mix! He may be a little shy at first but is super sweet once he gets to know you. Buxton is showing positive signs of house training at the facility, he is dog friendly, and he is getting better at leash walking every day! Buxton has yet to make it into a home with cats, but after being introduced to some of the cats here at HSEC, we think that Buxton would blend well in a kitty household! This little guy is so handsome he just needs someone to build his confidence and help him believe it! Could Buxton be the boy for you? Buxton has tested positive for heartworms. HSEC gives heartworm positive dogs a course of antibiotics and steroids. They then receive monthly heartworm prevention, as any dog should.
